Block Fusion Yoga Classes - March 6 -May 8,2018

In this class we target the fascial spaces of the body with a wooden block, balls or rollers to reach deep in to the tissue to unwind the life that has tightened within it. Our goal is to live more fully in each of the small moments, take deeper breaths so we can be filled with deeper joy. Each week will have a different focus. Bring an eye pillow or if you do not have one, a clean sock will do! 

This class is a perfect addition to all regimes. Integrate Block Fusion into your week to open up your body and slow your mind and breath.
