Where are our Boot Camps held?

Advantage Conditioning training facility is located at 1871 Portage Ave.

Our indoor boot camps (Oct 02 – End of April) are at our new training facility (1871 Portage Ave.)

What do our Boot Camps consist of?

  • Be ready for the most challenging workouts you may have ever experienced.
  • Our Boot camp instructors will encourage you to do your very best in every exercise.
  • Each month, you can meet with one of our personal trainers for:
    • Fitness assessment:  measure your Body composition and weight
    • Discuss your goals and eating habits
  • Four weeks (12 classes) of focused training
  • Follow up assessment every 4 weeks to measure your results

What do you need to bring?

  • Water bottle
  • Yoga mat or Towel
  • Post workout recovery snack > to be eaten within 20 minutes of completing class for optimal recovery

When are our boot camps held?

  • Morning classes – Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 am and 6:30 am.
  • Evening classes – none

OR

  • Saturday Class  10:00 – 11 a.m.
  • 1 month – $60 (4 classes)
  • 3 months (12 classes) – $120 plus GST.

 

Fitness assessments:

  • You will be given the scheduled dates when you are signed up for class.

 

Boot Camp sessions 2013

  • October 2 – 30 (5:30 am and 6:30 am)
  • November 1 – 29  (5:30 am and 6:30 am)
  • December 2 – 20  (9 classes)  (5:30 am and 6:30 am)
  • January 3 – 29  (5:30 am and 6:30 am)
  • January 31 – February 28 (5:30 am and 6:30 am)
  • March 3 – 31 (5:30 am and 6:30 am)
  • April 2 – 28 (5:30 am and 6:30 am)

Regular rate:  $163 ($171.15 including GST) for 4 weeks (12 classes).

3 month package (Save $122.25)  $366.75 plus GST
