Advantage Conditioning training facility is located at 1871 Portage Ave.
What do 30/Thirty classes consist of?
- Improve your strength, power, agility, flexibility and mobility with 30 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) followed by thirty minutes of self massage, mobilizations and poses all designed to create the ultimate athlete in you
- Every exercise is carefully chosen to challenge your fitness level safely, and exercises are modified according to client ability
- You don’t have to be an athlete to join this class, as all ability levels will benefit. You just have to want more out of yourself!
What do you need to bring?
- Water bottle
- Skipping Rope
- Post workout recovery snack > to be eaten within 20-30 minutes of completing class for optimal recovery
When are 30/Thirty classes?
- Monday’s and Wednesday’s from 5:30-6:30pm
